As we all know, setting goals and measuring impact is important. But what makes some ventures successful and others not? And why is it so difficult for social enterprise? Panelists will engage participants in a discussion about how social enterprises can utilize the UK Government’s experience with goal setting and collecting and analyzing data to achieve impact. They will also share frameworks that have been used successfully to determine which activities have the greatest impact and to manage and drive progress towards social or environmental goals. They will then work with participants in small groups to help them in starting their own journey from setting goals to using evidence and data to drive impact.
