Tools for Scaling Social Ventures
Whitney Pyles Adams, CARE Scale X Design Accelerator
Investors, donors, entrepreneurs, and NGOs all share an interest in scaling successful social ventures. A consensus is emerging on lessons learned across sectors that is creating a shared understanding around what it takes to get to scale. In this workshop, we will present resources for how to design and execute scaling strategies, including tools for adaptation and replication, capacity building resources and communities of practice on the topic. Attendees will then join us in a round robin, sharing resources that they’ve created or needs and interests that they have, leaving time for attendees to connect, share and discuss future collaboration.
