Steven van Weede, Enclude
Creation of employment is often a ‘side benefit’ in impact statements, thrown in with little real hought. But what if we can let these employees truly share in the success of the enterprise? How could we structure such participation? What obstacles will we encounter? Fenix has paved the way and developed a breakthrough mechanism in its Flame programme. This system provided a direct financial benefit to all Fenix employees at the time of its landmark transaction with ENGIE. Now Fenix is ready to share its learnings and create a vibrant community of similarly minded enterprises.
