Sink or Swim, (In)Effective Board Management
As social enterprises seek to scale, they often find that their board can either be a major boon to their growth or one of the biggest barriers to their success. In this panel session, social entrepreneurs and their board chairs will engage in a candid discussion drawing on their own experiences and explore why a robust governance board is an essential building block of a social enterprise, and discuss how to build and manage a board so that they are a boon, rather than a barrier to scale.
