Scale Symbiosis: A Case of Collaboration in the Scale Ecosystem
Raili Marks, Spring Impact
This panel will showcase an example of effective collaboration between different actors in the social sector in order to scale an impactful solution. Hear how a small nonprofit, an INGO, an intermediary organization, and a funder came together around one impactful program. In this session, we will explore key questions: • What are the critical factors necessary in a scale partnership? • How do you define ‘what’ you’re scaling? • What are the key challenges and barriers in scale partnerships? • What are the key lessons learned from such collaborations? • What can be done to further stimulate cooperation in the scaling impactful programs?
