Impact investing is still a novel term for a large swath of the public. Further, everyone in attendance may have a slightly different definition of what impact investing means to them. How do we structure the way we talk about and define impact investing to make it accessible and trustworthy to the public? This critical dialog is meant to force both panelists and participants to rethink how they frame and talk about impact investing, and how the language we use can have lasting implications for the adoption of an investment approach we all believe in.
