Following an intro to OZ’s/Funds, this interactive workshop will engage the audience in two case studies on urban and rural communities. Small groups will evaluate OZ real estate investment scenarios that achieve social and environmental objectives and investor returns. Evaluating impact investments in the context of multi-dimensional interactions result in more realistic strategies, durable market yields, inclusive and vibrant communities.
