As Social Entrepreneurs and Impact Investors, we are focused on running our business and doing good for our communities. There are always more things to be done than time available. So how do we make sure that our dedication to building companies with positive social impact are also great places for our staff to work? The recent negative press about the culture in several start-ups shows the importance of addressing workforce issues from the beginning of a company’s inception.
