Join an interactive workshop hosted by Lisa Fletcher to learn how you can meaningfully engage with the people you endeavour to support through community-minded co-design. Lisa is based in Melbourne, Australia and is behind the award winning Ask Izzy mobile website which connects people in need to over 350,000 services, including housing, meals, support and counselling, and much more. Ask Izzy was originally built with and for people experiencing homelessness through a community-minded co-design process. Since then, we have enhanced Ask Izzy through co-design with Indigenous people and people experiencing family violence. Infoxchange has a long history of use digital technologies innovatively to improve the lives of disadvantaged and excluded people. Come along to this interactive workshop to learn how to put people your endeavour to support at the heart of your social impact through community-driven co-design.
