Have we effectively defined the problem that Impact Investing is supposed to solve? A lot of energy goes in to ensuring that social enterprises have defined the problem they are supposed to solve.  This is part of the process of becoming "investment ready".  Their is clearly an assumed problem that there is not enough money being invested in social enterprise.  Is that a good enough problem statement?
