Chelsea is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Fresh Takes Kitchen - a for-profit social venture focused on making healthy eating accessible in lower-income communities through a meal subscription service distributed via community organization partners such as schools, churches, and recreation centers. At Fresh Takes Kitchen, she manages sales and distribution, marketing, and social impact measurement. She previously worked as a Talent and Organization Performance Consultant for Accenture, where she developed expertise in designing and implementing effective change strategies for large global consumer product, transportation, and financial service companies - with a strong focus on strengthening supply chain and distribution partnerships. She then served as a Strategic Project Manager for i.c.stars - a Chicago non-profit that prepares high potential inner-city adults for careers in business and technology. With seven years of direct food service industry experience, Chelsea has deep knowledge of food enterprise management and high impact customer service. Chelsea graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Business Administration and holds an M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
